Support us

The choir is funded only from members’ subscriptions and event proceeds, which allows us to cover our administrative costs for rehearsals and concerts, our choral scholars, our ensemble members and a few other small bits and pieces.  We are always seeking additional financial support to continue our investment in the development of young professional musicians and new music.

Here are some ideas on how you can help!

•  Fund a choral scholar for one year
•  Sponsor ensemble members for individual concerts
•  Sponsor a concert or the programme
•  Advertise in our programmes, either individually or for a choir year (Sept – June)

•  Sponsor a voice part for individual concerts

Larger projects are out of reach for most small amateur choirs due to the significant funding required.  We would love to commission an original composition by our composer in residence, Ben Rowarth, and hope to be starting a Crowdfunder plan to allow us to do that.

Even hiring a chamber orchestra to accompany our concerts is beyond our means!  We rely on the generosity of individual members and outside sponsorship to make this happen.  We know that we need to become more organized around funding for our concerts, so we are planning to introduce an Angel Scheme in the very near future!  Our idea is to have named individuals (only if you wish!) contribute to the significant performance costs, such as sponsoring the orchestra, recognizing their generosity in our concert programme.

We have a lot to do, and only volunteers from our members to do it, but please watch this space and, if you are interested in providing funding, we are all ears!  Please email us on fulhamcamerata@gmail.com if you have ideas we haven’t yet thought of!

Meet some of the Sponsors of Fulham Camerata.

We hope to have a Friends Scheme soon and info will be on this page!
